The goal of this project was to put together a collection of individual experiences through art, thereby helping us to understand how each one of us percieves the notion of home in relation to culture that has shaped us.

This approach was supposed to facilitate a certain kind of intimacy within a broader social context and attempt to define the concept of home.

Twelve artists had taken part in the exhibition which made for a variety of perspectives on same theme - home.

It is our belief that the topic of home carries great importance since it encourages each individual to reconsider their own sense of belonging. When placed in an artistic context, it poses a plethora of questions which allow for exploration and self-reflection.

Therefore, the artists not only react to the idea of home, but actively engage with it through observing, remembering and interacting with the space they feel as their own.
